Such was the case for Boston University's Graduate Medical Sciences (GMS), where we supported lead generation for 7 Master's programs. We worked closely with GMS' Director of Marketing and with each of the seven Program Directors. However, for one program, the MS in Clinical Research, we were so successful in driving leads that the Program Director told us to stop the campaign - she was so overwhelmed by the lead volume she simply did not have the time to do the necessary outreach to the prospective students.
As most clients will say, that's a good problem to have. and we worked collaboratively with the Marketing Director to develop a series of autoresponder emails to keep program prospects engaged, while enabling the Program Director to keep increasing applications.
